SUMMER SCHOOL OF PHILOSOPHY
Long-term joint project of the Jan Hus Educational Foundation in Czech and Slovak Republics and the Association Jan Hus in France. Cooperation and exchange of ideas of Czech, Slovak and French Philosophers.

CZECH -SLOVAK RELATIONS
Seminar of Czech and Slovak historians for history teachers
Since 1991 Czech and Slovak historians meet every year on the research seminar for history teachers. As the Jan Hus Educational Foundation considers these seminars of historians extremely important for education of young generation and as such cooperation of representatives of national cultural elites is in a deep accordance with Czech and Slovak interests, the Jan Hus Educational Foundation decided to support these seminars as one of its international programmes.


PRIZES

The Award IUS et SOCIETAS
Competition for the best essays on the subject related to the role of law and justice in society.

PRIZE OF BRONISLAVA MÜLLEROVA
The Prize for secondary school students for the best essays on the topic “Fight for Freedom of speech – in the past and nowadays”. The foundation wants to remind the merits of those who fought for such freedom in totalitarian regimes.

LIBELLUS PRIMUS
The Prize for the best first work of young scholars, university teachers  and academicians.
